CRYSTAL LODGE WHISTLER
LOCATION: 4154 Village Green, Whistler
DURATION: 2 months
PROJECT SCOPE: Guest room upgrades including complete bathroom renovation and guest suite wall coverings. AC units installed in guest suites from exterior.
UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Very tight timeline (more than 10 rooms completed per week with a large scope). Working alongside electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers and hotel staff to accommodate the tight schedule. Working with the building inspectors of Whistler to upgrade the aged hotel to meet modern building code.

VANCOUVER CENTRAL LIBRARY
LOCATION: 350 W Georgia Street, Vancouver
DURATION: 2 months
PROJECT SCOPE: Removed, prepared and replaced all exterior sealant on building in all interfaces between window frames, concrete and pre-cast concrete structural elements, panels, building penetrations and joints.
UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Working at extreme heights with many operating businesses and heavy pedestrian traffic below.

WORKSAFEBC HEAD OFFICE
LOCATION: 224 W Esplanade, North Vancouver
DURATION: 5 months
PROJECT SCOPE: Cleaned exterior walls, windows, skylights and blinds. Pressure washed exterior concrete and applied silane/siloxane concrete sealer. Removed existing stucco finish coat and installed parapet flashings and new acrylic finish coat system.
UNIQUE FEATURES: Having worked at the WorkSafeBC building we are fully capable and familiar with regulations, creating and maintaining the correct paperwork and ensuring our teams are consistently following plans and regulations.

ICBC HEAD OFFICE
LOCATION: 151 West Esplanade, North Vancouver
DURATION: 3 months
PROJECT SCOPE: Hand-washed all exterior surfaces including white superstructures and blue tiles as well as complete interior painting and wallpaper hanging.
UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Working at government facilities requires strict regulations and attention to detail. Proper safety procedures where followed at all times while working at extreme heights with heavy pedestrian traffic below.

FOUR SEASONS HOTEL
LOCATION: 791 W Georgia St. Vancouver
DURATION: 7 months and on going
PROJECT SCOPE: Complete interior upgrade including guest rooms, guest hallways and meeting rooms.
UNIQUE FEATURE: Used level 5 finish to all texture ceilings. We had to complete each floor on time, completely one per week by Friday at 4pm.

FABRICS ETC.
LOCATION: 2161 Kingsway, Vancouver
DURATION: 2 months
PROJECT SCOPE: Demolition of structures within the retail and warehouse spaces. Electrical installations of lighting systems and new wiring for plugs. Concrete cutting as well as framing and drywalling for new office spaces. Floor finishing with an epoxy coating and painting of the entire retail and warehouse space.
UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Installed a wheel chair ramp with guardrail and ribbed rubber flooring that complied with city code. Worked around the business's hours and completed renovation within requested time frame and budget.

HOLIDAY INN METROTOWN
LOCATION: 4405 Central Blvd, Burnaby
DURATION: 4 months and ongoing
PROJECT SCOPE: Interior lobby renovation including demolition, tile flooring, electrical work, cabinet and desk installation and interior painting. We also power washed and repainted entire exterior of hotel.
UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Renovations were complete while the hotel continued operations and the job was completed on time and within the allocated schedule provided by the hotel.

JONKER AUTO GROUP
LOCATION: 19515 Langley Bypass, Surrey
DURATION: on going
PROJECT SCOPE: Completed a number of projects at both Honda and Nissan Jonker dealerships. Work ranged from demolition, drywall construction, rust repair and interior/exterior painting.
UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Completed projects around the schedule of the busy dealerships, extra precautions had to be taken while completing work around the dealerships inventory.

HOLIDAY INN VANCOUVER CENTRE
LOCATION: 711 West Broadway, Vancouver
DURATION: 7 months and on going
PROJECT SCOPE: Complete interior upgrade including guest rooms and hallways, all ballrooms, lobbies, meeting rooms, restaurant and lounge areas. Also completed exterior painting and concrete restoration on building and parking garage.
UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: All textured ceilings skim coated to a level 5 smooth finish. Working alongside electricians and plumbers as the building was refurbished for sprinklers and new fire alarm system. Renovation of lobby while hotel continued operations.
